discoverable.ie provides automated compliance audits of publicly accessible websites. Reports cover GDPR, cookie consent, NIS2, data retention, third-party processors, technical security, and accessibility indicators.
Reports are produced by automated scanning and are not legal advice. They do not constitute a formal legal or GDPR audit. You should consult a qualified data protection practitioner for legal advice.
You may only submit URLs for websites you own or have express permission to audit. You may not use the service to scan third-party sites without authorisation.
Payment of €39 (+ applicable VAT) is required before a report is generated. Due to the automated nature of the service, refunds are not available once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical failure, contact [email protected].
Automated scanning cannot detect all compliance issues. Results depend on what is publicly accessible. We make no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of findings.
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the report. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on report findings.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
