What to include in a security or vulnerability report

  • A description of the issue and its potential impact
  • Steps to reproduce (for vulnerabilities)
  • The URL or endpoint affected
  • Any relevant screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept code
  • Your name and contact details for follow-up
