How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Every submission is manually reviewed by our team. You will receive a confirmation email when your listing goes live, typically within two business days.
Is it really free to list my business?
Yes. A standard listing — including your business name, description, contact details, location, and website — is completely free. Paid tiers are available if you want an ACRS AI readiness audit and a certified badge shown on your profile.
What information do I need to submit?
You need your business name, category, a short description (up to 160 characters), your website URL, and a contact email address. County, phone number, opening hours, and social links are optional but improve your profile's completeness.
Can I update my listing after it goes live?
Yes. Email [email protected] with any changes and we will update your listing promptly. Self-service editing is on the roadmap.
My business is online only — can I still list?
Absolutely. Tick the Online Only checkbox on the form and the county field is not required. Your listing will appear in directory searches for all of Ireland.
